A soon to be graphic design student who loves to get the most out of life. When growing up my family liked to get out and explore the world around us at every opportunity. Sometimes this included an adventure filled weekend near my home in Aberdeen, Scotland and at other times it included an extravagant trip across the globe. I feel that my family has been the key for me to start travelling solo and their influences have shown me that at every opportunity I get, I should get away from my hometown. So here I am, a 17 year old, straight out of school, away to embark on a solo adventure, half way across the world. Vietnam I’m coming for you!
What do I do?
Although I am a full time student, I would also class myself as a part time traveller. As although I will not always be travelling, I know in my mind that I will always be planning my next adventure.
Why do I travel?
I love travel, I love learning new things and I love the experience that you get from travelling, it doesn’t matter where about in the world you are. Any adventure will gain you valuable experience whether it be in budgeting, looking after yourself or just life in general.
What about languages?
Although I am only fluent in English, I could try and make myself understandable in German and French. However I feel that in a situation when words fail, you can make yourself understood possibly gestures, smiles and definitely pictures. After all a picture is said to speak 1000 words.
It seems that you are a very interesting. And has more in common with me.
